Cancellation Policy
Rental fees are charged in full at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to reservation will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 15-29 days prior to reservation receive a refund of 50%.
Cancellations 14 days or fewer prior to reservation will receive a refund only in the event that we are able to re-rent for the dates cancelled.
If the cancelled period is re-rented, any rent paid will be refunded to the extent that the re-rented amount covers the cancelled rental amount. In no event will a refund be greater than the amount paid. No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
EARLY DEPARTURES
In the event that a guest departs earlier than scheduled checkout, the remaining nights will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the unused nights from early departure with another guest to the extent that the re-rented amount equals the cancelled rental amount.
